Deck Bloat is based on Voter Captivation and Govern the Unaligned, Deck Defense is based on Deflection, with Obediance and Majesty as comabt defense. Deck Offense is provided by Votes primarily and bleeding assisted by Govern the Unaligned as secondary measure.
